GTR99 – Online Entertainment Platform Malaysia's Most Trusted Choice

Our Story

Built for Malaysia, by People Who Understand Malaysia

When you browse the gtr99 platform, you'll likely notice that something feels different from other platforms you may have tried. A proper Bahasa Malaysia interface — not awkward machine-translated copy. Deposit methods you already use every day to grab a coffee or pay your toll. Customer support that speaks to you like a real person, not a scripted chatbot. None of that happened by accident — it's the result of deliberate design decisions made from the very first day gtr99 existed.

The founding team behind gtr99 are individuals who understand the ins and outs of the online entertainment industry — but more importantly, they understand Malaysia. They know that Malaysian players are deeply loyal to platforms that genuinely get them, yet quick to leave those that neglect the local user experience. gtr99 was built not merely as a product to sell, but as a service players would want to stay with for the long haul.

One of the things gtr99 members praise most is the speed and ease of the payment system. In Malaysia, Touch 'n Go eWallet has become part of daily life — from paying for parking to grabbing nasi lemak at a stall. gtr99 recognised this early on and was among the first platforms to integrate TnG eWallet, GrabPay, and later Boost and ShopeePay as deposit options. As a result, players can top up and start playing in under two minutes — no ATM runs, no time-consuming manual transfers.

When it comes to games, gtr99 takes a quality-over-quantity approach — even though the platform already offers over 500 titles. Every provider that partners with gtr99 must meet RNG certification requirements, maintain a clean industry track record, and deliver a technical experience that performs well on everyday internet connections in Malaysia. That means you won't encounter games that lag, freeze during a critical bonus round, or display odds that simply don't add up.

The sports section at gtr99 is one that sits closest to the hearts of Malaysian players. Football has always been part of everyday conversation — at the mamak, at work, and in the family WhatsApp group. gtr99 taps into that passion by offering an extensive betting market covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, and dozens of other leagues — not just standard 1X2 lines, but in-depth markets that put your sporting knowledge to the test. And for badminton fans following Lee Zii Jia and his peers on the BWF circuit, gtr99 is where your support can be turned into something even more meaningful.

Gtr99 takes its responsibilities seriously when it comes to ensuring the platform has no negative impact on players. Responsible gaming at gtr99 isn't just a tab in the navigation menu — it's an enforced operational policy. Every member can set daily or weekly deposit limits directly from their account. If someone feels they need a break, the self-exclusion feature lets them temporarily lock their account. And for more serious situations, permanent self-exclusion is available — the account is locked indefinitely at the player's request. gtr99 will never reach out to players who have requested self-exclusion in an attempt to win them back.

Five years on, gtr99 still holds true to the core principles that got it here — transparency, security, and an unwavering commitment to the best local user experience. The gtr99 member community continues to grow, the game library keeps expanding, and the team behind the scenes works tirelessly to make every session on gtr99 one you'll look forward to.
