These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the gtr99 platform, accessible via gtr99.best and all associated sub-domains. GTR99 is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, Sports Betting, e-sports, lottery, and a variety of other games to eligible users.

By performing any one of the following actions, you are deemed to have fully and unconditionally accepted these Terms:

• Log in to your existing account

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on their respective promotion pages, as well as the following general requirements:

• Wagering requirement: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means a RM 100 bonus must be wagered RM 3,000 in total before a withdrawal is permitted).
• Validity period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus or unfulfilled wagering requirement within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.

• Third-party software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any technological tool that provides an unfair advantage over other players or against the platform.
• System disruption: Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the technical infrastructure of the gtr99 platform.
• Customer support abuse: Making false claims, threats, or engaging in disrespectful conduct toward the gtr99 support team.

In any case, gtr99's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the relevant claim arising.

GTR99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or any reason deemed appropriate by gtr99.

Grounds that may result in account closure or suspension include:

• Violation of any term set out in this document
• Age or identity verification failed
• Fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering
• Multiple Account Usage
• Behavior that disrupts platform operations or affects the comfort of other members
• At the member's own request for self-exclusion
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, gtr99 reserves the right to forfeit all balances obtained through conduct that violated those Terms. Conversely, if account closure is at the member's request or for reasons unrelated to a breach, any valid balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the member upon completion of the verification process.

GTR99 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as the updated version is published on gtr99.best, unless otherwise stated.

For material or significant changes, gtr99 will endeavor to notify members via:

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to gtr99's licensed platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or the dispute resolution mechanism stipulated by gtr99's licensing authority.
